Welcome to Trevor Jolley Photography
I specialise in photographing nature in all its various forms concentrating mostly on flowers and insects. I use Canon cameras and high quality L series Canon lenses. Much of my work is macro or close up shots of flowers and insects. Details that often go unnoticed to the naked eye are quite often revealed in stunning detail.
As an example, the image on the left is that of the red female flower of the hazel
or cobnut. The flower is only about 3mm across and appears in late winter and early
spring. The male flower is the much more familiar catkin.
Even the common catkin reveals many interesting details when captured using a macro lens as shown on the right.
